Instructions on the front of the tool ... adjust the FOV to your liking.
No need to Alt-Tab out of the game ... you can do the adjusting in game.

Approximate settings ...

For .... 16:10 ... ... 1440X900 ... 1680X1050 ... 1920X1200 ... 2560X1600 ...

X FOV: 1.2
Y FOV: 1.333


For Triple 16:10

X FOV: 3.85
Y FOV: 1.253

Other aspect ratios not tested yet.
