Finally released to the public
No, it doesn't appear to be 6-bits panels any of them.
2707 is probably based upon this panel: LTM270M1

Doh. The 2007 has a 16 ms response time still? I was hoping that would come down to 8ms.

Cool, the 2407 doesn't look much better, but it still has component and s-video so I'm happy!
Now hopefully when it is released the 2405 will go down in price.

Nope. just means patterned vertical alignment.
I read the article but I don't get it, I'll just trust that it's a good thing

Not so exciting with the new generation of S-PVA panels. I was hoping for more... The 2407 will probably use the same panel as this, but with more features. The new S-IPS panels/AS-IPS panels are more exciting IMO. Like this... We have one of the first review of this online, if not the first and I wonder how their bigger panels will be!

I dunno, but it's more likely that the 2405 will just suddenly vanish; you'll probably be able to get them cheaper for a short while, but once they're gone, that's it, no more.
