i know its a few years old but still an awesome game.
open autoexec.cfg in your AvP2 folder and change
"SCREENWIDTH" "1280"
"GameScreenHeight" "720"
"SCREENHEIGHT" "720"
"GameScreenWidth" "1280"
my cfg file did not have them together so you may have to hunt around for them. Obviously this example is to run 1280x720. Not sure why two entries, menus where still squished for me, but worked great.
Could not find a fov or aspect adjustment, but looks great.

To edit the FOV try ...

Load game.
In-game, hit Enter.
Type <cheat> mpfov.
You should now be able to modify the FOV using the A & D keys.
Change FOV to suit your taste
Hit Enter.
Type <cheat> mpfov.
Now you are back in regular gameplay mode with the adjusted FOV.

:D

Thanks for the tips. :)
Sadly, you have to adjust FOV every time you play.
Is there any way to change permanently FOV?

Ciao,
Marco
