With great thanks to madmos5y ...

There is no widescreen or TFT resolution support in the game.
madmos5y made some .bin files to get them working !!!
... we could still do with an official widescreen fix as this one has a few minor problems when you zoom or use night vision/heat vision etc. ... but they are no big deal ... you will see ... and it's way better than no widescreen at all ...

Get the .bin files here ... R6-Vegas ... WIDESCREEN files

The files have been configured for ...
16:10
960x600, 1280x800, 1440x900, 1680x1050, 1920x1200 and 2560x1600

16:9
1920x1080, 1360x768 and 1280x720

Other resolutions
1280x1024 and 1280x768

For ALL the Triplehead resolutions use this ... R6-Vegas ... TRIPLEHEAD files

The game settings are at medium, providing you do not alter the display resolution ingame you can increase or decrease detail settings as you wish.

Rename the file you want to use to ... R6GameConfig.bin ... and copy and paste it here ...

"My Documents\Ubisoft\R6Vegas" over write if you get prompted. (Make a back-up of the original just in case ... )

Some screenshots ...

Hi guys ... an alternative way to get the game in your chosen resolution ...

With big thanks to ... squ1zzy ... who made a Resolution Patcher for the game ...

Instructions in the readme ...

Place the patcher in the folowing folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\Ubisoft\R6Vegas
Open the patcher and select the resolution you want and press the 'patch' button.
It will make a copy of the original file before applying the patch.

squ1zzy

Close the Patcher before you run the game ...
Download the Patcher here ... squ1zzy Patcher

New Patch ...

Amongst other things it is supposed to add widescreen support but it doesn't do it very well ... use the info above for the best results.
