What is XHD?
XHD is NVIDIA's widescreen initiative within the gaming market. The goal is not only to evangelize and accelerate adoption of widescreen monitors and solutions, but to drive the adoption of high-res widescreen (1680x1050, 1900x1200 and 2560x1600). NVIDIA is working with game developers, to help them see the benefits of supporting native widescreen and XHD resolutions. WSGF is working with NVIDIA to help validate and catalog games that work in XHD.
This page lists all of the notebooks and monitors that support XHD resolutions. To further filter your hardware search, click on one of the resolution sub-categories. In addition, click any of the "XHD..." sub-categories, to find which games have been tested and confirmed to work. All games tested at higher resolutions are confirmed to work at the lower resolutions as well. For example, an "XHD 2560x1600" has also been tested to run at 1920x1200 and 1680x1050.
