Nvidia Classic Panel
This is the way how you can get your classic panel back. This will not fix the aspect scaling thing.
You get the temperature settings for free.
Let's Begin
Open NotePad copy and paste the following lines and save as <a name>.reg
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
NVIDIA Windows 2000/XP Display Coolbits file Copyright (c) NVIDIA Corporation. All rights reserved.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NvCplApi\Policies] "SedonaDisable"=dword:00000001 "ContextUIPolicy"=dword:00000001 "TaskbarUIPolicy"=dword:00000001
(be sure that it is a reg file now)
Double click on the reg file and you have your classic panel back.
Note
On my system, the modern panel support custom resolution, and not in the classic panel!
