Need for Speed: Carbon is a sequel to last year's Need for Speed: Most Wanted. You play the same nameless character, having just escaped from Rockport with the insane Sgt. Cross on your tail. You total your car as he chases you, but just as he's about to nab you, a friend of yours steps in and pays him off. Now it's up to you help your friend battle for turf and get to the top of Palmont City's blacklist...err, street racing circle.
Widescreen Support
Method
This game, like Most Wanted before it, does not support any resolution above 1024x768 without hassle. The easiest way to get Widescreen, or any other "uncommon" (EA's words) resolution - like, oh, 1280x1024 - is to use Racer_s's wonderful NFSCRes: LinkScreen change
