Players control a party of characters using a third-person perspective. Battles are fought using a real-time/turn-based hybrid system.

Players can recruit different characters into their party depending on decisions they make during the game. Additional character customization options can also be unlocked based on player decisions. Gameplay is the same as the previous KOTOR game spiced with additional content such as new Force powers.

There is no Prime Directive in this universe. Bend worlds to your will!

Widescreen Support

Method

Widescreen is supported by the WSGF-Exclusive UniWS patcher. Note however, that UniWS will only work on a no-CD (cracked) version of the game's executable. If the patcher does not work for you, the manual hack (HEX Edit) is available in this forum thread (these edits are similarly only applicable to the no-CD version of the game).

Edited hud files can be downloaded here to fix a display issue with the minimap.

Known Issues

Player dialog choices do not appear at resolutions 1280x720 and 1360x768 (and potentially other widescreen resolutions that have a height below 800 pixels), rendering the game unplayable. You may be able to work around this problem by using video card scaling and custom resolutions to play the game at a higher resolution that will then downscale to your native resolution.
